Services:
1. Grip installation of Spot On Grips provided inventory.
2. Grip installation of custom ordered grips (see payment information below).
3. Installation of customer provided grips at a cost of $5.00 per grip.

Payment Terms:

1. Spot on grips accepts Cash or Credit Card and payment is due upon receipt of service.

2. For custom ordered grips Spot On Grips may ask for payment in advance depending on the size of the order

Customer Obligations:

1. We ask that customers to ensure clubs are in a reasonably clean and in safe condition for regripping.

2. Customers should accurately communicate grip type, size, and preferred alignment prior to service.

3. Customers should be aware of the estimated turnaround times for service completion, which may vary based on demand.  Average time to regrip 10 to 12 golf clubs is 20 to 30 minutes.

Warranty and Disclaimer:

1. We offer a limited Same Day grip adjustments (logo preference, etc.).

2. Any damage Spot On Grips creates to a club or club shaft we will incur the replacement cost.

3. Damaged clubs that a customer would like Spot On Grips to place a grip on are not eligible replacement cost and in the event the club shaft breaks during the grip installation process.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. Cancellation terms: Custom orders cannot be cancelled and are subject to payment of the grips and a 20% restocking fee.

2. Refund policy: There are no refunds, however we encourage golfers who are uncertain of the grips the prefer to have us re-grip one club and test it on the range before committing.
